This Bunch Of Lankan Cricketers Faces A Tough Task Ahead..

A recoup will be necessary. Psychologically as well as, for the injured, physically. My prayers go out to their quick recovery in all senses. They were whooping the Paki team on the field, really.But it is not surprising that they were targeted, since cricket is bigger than religion in the sub-continent and this helps the terrorists to be in the news and create that feeling of invincibility.

Sri Lanka has been on the receiving end of many a canceled cricket tour in the past, due to fear of LTTE-ignited violence. This would have been their way of saying that just as they can tour Pakistan without fear, any team can visit Sri Lanka safely. 

Little did they realize that the Pakistan government is spineless in every way. The fact that they won't be able to prevent any untoward activity in their own freakin' country is not surprising. Zardari Begum.. what now? Whatchu gonna do, bebe?

First, the attacks in Mumbai. Then, the blasts in your own country. Now, this - a planned attack on a visiting sporting team (not even a political delegation.. a sporting squad). Diplomatic relations in the sub-continent could not been at a worse crossroad. India accusing Pakistan for the 26/11 attacks, but what's new?. The Tamil population in India having problems with the way the LTTE has been dealt with in Sri Lanka. The Bangladeshi mutineers setting a new trend for this day and age. And this incident today.. It remains to be seen who the Pakistani government accuses this time..

Starting now, the comedy show that is the Pakistan Government, is bound to do the following:

a. accuse India of orchestrating that attack on the SL tour bus - the militants' bags will have goods made in India planted, so that they can serve as proof.

b. accuse the LTTE suicide squad of carrying out that suicide attack - they would have ensured that all the militants have a cyanide pill around their necks so as to masquerade as the LTTE cadres. 

c. accuse Afghanistan of attacking the Lankans. Reason: Afghanistan wanted to do some target practice / test their methodology of guerrilla attacks. 

d. accuse Captain Hook of starting an anti-cricket movement in protest. 

e. accuse Robin Hood of training the terrorists as far as accuracy was concerned. 

Hmm... and if you think I was just joking, check this out . Similarities galore! LMFAO! Mr. Minister, don't freaking indulge in a game of 'Spot The Difference'! Find the assailants and the conspirators and hang them in public, if you have the nuts.
